Leading the Missouri State offense against SIUE, Disidore netted a career-high two goals Sunday afternoon. Trailing the Cougars 1-0, the Lenexa, Kan., native got the Bears on the board in the 41st minute, heading the ball into the back left corner of the goal on a diving attempt to equalize the match. Less than a minute later, Disidore picked up her first assist of the day after she crossed the ball to a fellow Bear who sunk the game-winning goal. After being fouled inside the box in the 47th minute, Disidore took the lead on Missouri State’s first penalty kick attempt of the season and found the right side of the net for her second goal of the match. She racked up one more assist against the Cougars after setting up a slick play on an MSU free kick opportunity. The senior slid the ball past the Cougar line which led to the Bears’ fourth goal of the match. Disidore finished the match with a perfect shooting percentage and now leads the Bears with three goals and eight points.
