This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State men's soccer's Jack Denton. The senior midfielder continued his strong start to the 2023 season by once again providing the lone goal in Missouri State's 1-0 win on the road against the Kansas City Roos Thursday night. Denton has scored both of Missouri State's goals so far this season as he scored the deciding goal in the 1-0 win over then-No. 14 Maryland last week. He has paved the way for the Bears to outshoot opponents 16-5 across two games.
