This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State football's Jacob Clark. Clark engineered three touchdown drives in Missouri State's last four possessions Saturday to lift the Bears to a thrilling, come-from-behind win at Liberty. Clark was 4-for-4 on MSU's game-winning drive, covering 70 yards in just a minute before putting the visitors ahead for good with 27 seconds remaining. It marked the third time this season he has led MoState's game-winning drive in the fourth quarter or overtime. Against Liberty, he finished with a 153.4 pass efficiency, completing 20-for-33 passes for 286 yards and a pair of touchdowns, while rushing for another go-ahead score earlier in the fourth quarter. He eclipsed 50 career TD passes in the win and manufactured his 21st scoring drive of 80+ yards and his 31st of less than two minutes. Clark's efforts also helped secure MSU's sixth win of the season and its fourth road victory for the second straight season (a feat that had been achieved just once in the previous 34 years).
