This week's Murney Student-Athlete of the Week is Missouri State Football's Kevon Latulas. In his second straight start at running back, Latulas averaged 11.1 yards per carry and posted 100 yards on just 9 carries to lead the Bears to a conference road win at Indiana State. His 43-yard run from scrimmage in the opening quarter set up MSU's first score of the game four plays later. He then put the game out of reach in the fourth quarter, toting the ball twice on a two-play touchdown drive for rushes of 25 and 1 yard to secure the victory. Latulas eclipsed 1,000 career rushing yards on the afternoon while securing his third career 100-yard rushing game.
