2008 CC: Sparlin competed in the Oklahoma State Cowboy Jamboree for Missouri State....Background: Sparlin was named All-State and All-District in both cross country and track and field her junior and senior years....Her cross country team took second at state two consecutive years....Ran the 800-meter, mile, two-mile, and 4x800-meter relay for the Cougars....Played soccer three year of high school....Personal: Lacie Claire Sparlin was born April 19, 1990, in Joplin, Mo....Daughter of Mike and Leslie Sparlin....Has three brothers, Lewis, Logan and Lijah....Plans to major in art education at Missouri State.
