At Missouri State:
Meghan Cassady will bring experience at the forward position as she enters her final year as a Bear. 2007: As a junior, Cassady scored a goal, added an assist, and totaled 18 shots. Cassady[apos]s lone goal came in a conference win over Northern Iowa (10/19). She saw action in all 19 games including 12 starts. 2006: Cassady scored a goal and added two assists as she started 18 matches and played in all 21 as a sophomore. Her goal came against Drake (9/29), leading to overtime in an eventual 2-1 double overtime loss. Cassady added assists in overtime wins over Arkansas (8/25) and Alabama A&M (9/8). She was named to the Lady Razorback All-Tournament team following wins over Alabama A&M and Louisiana Tech. For the season, Cassady fired 28 shots including 18 on goal. 2005: As a freshman, Cassady totaled six points on two goals and two assists. Both of Cassady[apos]s goals came against Arkansas Little-Rock in the second game of the season, giving the Bears their first win since the name change to Missouri State University. She saw action in all 18 matches in her first season with the Bears, including two starts.
