At Missouri State: Jennifer Hamlin is a reliable defender who will look to take on a full-time starting role in her senior season.

2010: Hamlin did a fantastic job filling the backline for the Bears in 2010 often matching up with the opponents best offensive player, especially late in the season. She saw playing time in 17 matches and was tapped for the starting role on eight occasions. She registered two shots from her backline position including a strike on net in the MVC Tournament semifinals against Illinois State (11/5).

2009: Hamlin saw playing time in all 18 matches for the Bears. She was tabbed for the starting lineup against Stephen F. Austin (9/11), Oral Roberts (9/13) and at Creighton (10/3). She notched the game-winning assist on Jenna Dobkins[apos] goal in the Bears[apos] victory over Oral Roberts (9/13). A second-year letterwinner, Hamlin recorded 11 shots, six on goal.

2008: Hamlin received her first letter after assisting on three goals in 2008. Two of Hamlin[apos]s assists were on game-winning goals to Kelsey Finders against UALR (8/24) and to Jenna Laughlin against SIU Edwardsville (9/28). Her other assist was on Samantha Aguilar[apos]s goal against No. 18 Kansas (9/12). Hamlin played in 17 matches for the Bears.

Background: Hamlin led the Althoff Catholic Crusaders to four-straight conference championships, earning all-conference honors all four years. As a freshman, Hamlin[apos]s team placed third at the state finals and set a new record for the most wins in a single season (25) at Althoff Catholic. Hamlin was an all-sectional pick as a senior, leading her team to a second-place state finish.

Personal: Hamlin is the daughter of Britt and Susan Hamlin and was born May 2, 1990. She is majoring in dietetics at Missouri State.
