Biography

2018: MVC All-Conference Second Team.

2017: Started every match for the Bears… A leader on the defensive end helped the Bears hold opponents to 0.88 goals per game and a .388 shot on goal percentage in a historic season… Added one assist during the season against Bradley (Oct. 27) helping Conor Ingram to goal.

Background: Prior to starting school at MSU in January, De Jong started every game for his school in New Zealand, contributing close to 60 assists and registering 20 goals. His helped his school capture its first secondary school premier league title. In his final season with the group, he served as the team's captain.

Personal: Dylan De Jong is the son of Steven and Maxine De Jong and was born on Sept. 28 in Auckland, New Zealand. He has two brothers and one sister. He plans to study accounting while attending MSU.
