Tied for third-most goals on the team with four coming against UC Irvine (Aug. 28), UTRGV (Sept. 10), CSUN (Sept. 16) and Belmont (Oct. 9) … Assisted two other goals totaling 10 individual points on the season... Ranked sixth in the Missouri Valley Conference in shots on goal (17) … Was named to the 2022 Fall Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for his efforts off the field... Appeared in 19 games starting 17... Played 1,289 minutes during the 2021 season... Scored the game winning goal against Evansville on Sept. 25... Assisted five other goals including in back-to-back games against Central Arkansas and Eastern Ill., on Sept. 8 and Sept. 15... Helped the team to the 25th best scoring offense in the nation and a .573 goals against average which ranked No. 3 in the country... Named first-team All-MVC for the second-straight year... Was named a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-Region team member.

2020-21
Started all 14 matches of the season… Tied for second on the team with 13 points after tallying 4 goals and five assists… Ranked second in the MVC in assists (5), third in points (13) and shots on goal (15) and fourth in goals (4)… Strung together an impressive four-game stretch (March 22 – April 3) that began with a three-assist outing against Drake and followed by scoring a goal in the next three matches… Scored a goal in the MVC Tournament semifinals against Bradley (April 13)… Named MVC Offensive Player of the Week on March 30… Earned All-MVC first team, United Soccer Coaches All-West Region second team, MVC Scholar-Athlete first team and CoSIDA Academic All-District honors.

2019
Appeared in all 20 matches with 12 starts… Recorded two goals and two assists on the season… Scored the opening goal of the Bears’ second round NCAA Tournament match at UCF (Nov. 24)… Earned an assist on the game-winning goal against Central Arkansas (Sept. 10).

2018
Played in 13 games, starting in three for the Bears… Netted the lone Bears goal against Cal State Fullerton (8/27) off a free kick at the 34:59 minute mark… Added an assist and two shot attempts.

High School
Bruseth has competed four years at Kristiansund BK in Norway. Playing on the second team, Bruseth has been a top scorer the last two seasons. He helped move the second team up from forth division to third.
