Biography
At Missouri State: Jenna Laughlin is back for her third year as a Bear after posting two game-winning goals and leading MSU in points (8) in 2007. 2007: Laughlin played and started in all 19 matches. She had eight points on four goals. Her two game-winning goals came in victories over Southeast Missouri State (9/2) and UALR (9/4). 2006: Laughlin played in all 21 matches and made two starts in her first full season, scoring three goals and adding three assists. Her goals came in wins over Tennessee-Martin (9/1), Northern Iowa (10/1), and Evansville (10/8). She added two assists in the win over UNI to give her four points for the contest. Lauglin supplied the game-winning assist on Angela Parson's goal in a 1-0 win over Louisiana Tech (9/10). 2005: Laughlin appeared in only one match and received a medical redshirt following an injury. Background: Laughlin was a four-year starter for the Hazelwood Central Hawks in Florissant, Mo. Laughlin broke the Hazelwood Central career record for goals, with 95, and tied the single-season mark, with 33, as a senior. She also broke the school record for career points. Laughlin was a three-time first-team all-conference pick, leading the Suburban North Conference in goals, assists, and points in her senior season. Personal: Jenna is the daughter of Kevin Laughlin and Linda Link and was born May 15, 1987.
