Keeping Track of the Bears

Missouri State track and field is heading to a familiar site for the Gorilla Classic on Feb. 14 and 15.
The Bears will make their second trip to Pittsburg, Kan. this season. MoState opened the indoor track and field season at the Crimson & Gold Invitational on Dec. 7, 2024.
Fourty-two schools from all divisions will compete in the classic. The Bears are ranked ninth in the Missouri Valley Conference.
MoState took a brief break last week but made a splash at the Washburn Open & Multis to open the month.
At Washburn, Missouri State competed in its first distance medley relay of the indoor season. The team of Tabitha Fox, Victory Ifah, Mary Margaret Harris and Ella Cronhardt recorded the fastest time so far in the MVC with a 11:59.52.
Sophomore Olivia Rogers recorded the fifth best 60-meter dash time and a personal record at Washburn with a time of 7.53. Rogers finished third out of over 100 runners in the event.
