SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Missouri State's Tuesday (March 5) non-conference baseball game with Oral Roberts at Hammons Field has been canceled due to anticipated inhospitable weather conditions.
The Bears and Golden Eagles were to have played a 3 p.m. contest in the final game of MSU's season-opening home stand. The game will not be rescheduled, but the two clubs will square off at J.L. Johnson Stadium in Tulsa on March 13 (3 p.m.) in a make-up affair of their Feb. 19 date that was also postponed due to unplayable conditions.
Missouri State (3-7) will return to action Friday (March 8) when its opens a three-game series against Arkansas State in Jonesboro.
