SPRINGFIELD -- Missouri State will play more than one-third of its 2019 beach volleyball schedule this week when the Bears head to southern California for 10 matches over a five-day stretch.

Missouri State is 0-4 on the season after opening the year with four matches against teams either ranked or receiving votes in the AVCA Top 20 poll...The Bears posted narrow 3-2 losses against both No. 17 Tulane and TCU, winning five total pairs matches at the Horned Frogs Challenge...The pairs of

Missouri State will be at home for the remainder of March, welcoming Missouri Baptist, Ottawa and Park for the first ever MSU Beach Invitational March 22-23 at the Betty & Bobby Allison Sand Volleyball Courts. The Bears will also host Park in a single match on March 27.
