SPRINGFIELD -- For the first time since 2013, Missouri State will have six home football games on its upcoming season slate, and fans wishing to catch all of the Bears' action at Robert W. Plaster Stadium can begin purchasing single-game tickets on Monday, Aug. 6.

Single-game tickets will be available beginning at 10 a.m. at
MissouriStateBears.com, in person at the Athletics Box Office at JQH Arena, or by phone at (417) 836-7678.

The Bears return 36 lettermen and 15 total offensive and defensive starters under fourth-year head coach
Dave Steckel. MSU has home games slated for Sept. 6 (Lincoln University), Sept. 15 (Northern Arizona), Sept. 29 (Illinois State), Oct. 20 (Western Illinois), Oct. 27 (Southern Illinois) and Nov. 10 (North Dakota State). With the exception of the home opener at Thursday, Sept. 6 (6 p.m. start), all home games kick off at 2 p.m. with pregame tailgating in
BearFest Village starting at 11 a.m.

The box office will continue summer hours until Aug. 20, when it will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., on weekdays. Single-game tickets range from $5 to $25, based on section and availability, with a $2 upcharge for Homecoming (Oct. 20) tickets. Discounts are available for seniors, children and MSU faculty/staff.

For fans wishing to attend the Bears' season opener at Oklahoma State, a limited number of tickets are available exclusively for MSU fans by contacting the Athletics Box Office at JQH Arena, starting Monday at 10 a.m. Tickets for the MSU cheer section (Section 228) are available for just $50 each.
