TULSA, Okla. – No. 25 Missouri State men's soccer (7-0-4) remains undefeated after a 0-0 draw with Tulsa, on a rainy Tuesday night at Hurricane Stadium in Tulsa, Okla.

In the double overtime battle, momentum bounced back and forth between the two teams throughout the match with neither team taking full control.

Missouri State excelled defensively, led by goalkeeper Michael Creek. Creek recorded two massive saves in the second half to hold off Tulsa and give the Bears a chance to stay in the game. The Bears backline held off 12 shot attempts by the Hurricanes and only allowed three shots on goal.

The Bears recorded 12 shots during the 110 minute contest with six on goal, led by Stuart Wilkin and Connor Langan, both with three shots. Six of the Bears shots came in the overtime period.

Following the draw, Missouri State remains undefeated through 11 matches. The Bears are one of three teams in the NCAA Division I to remain unbeaten, joining St. Mary's (CA) and Portland.

The Bears will head to Loyola for Missouri Valley Conference action on Saturday, Oct. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
