PEORIA, Ill. – In a packed regionally-ranked field, the Missouri State women's cross country team caped off the regular season at the Bradley Pink Classic Friday afternoon.

The Bears check in at 18^th place in the Women's Red six-kilometer race, while 10 Bears ran in the Women's Open Race and brought back a fifth place finish.

Grace Breiten led the way for the Bears in the Red Race finishing 30^th and marking a 21:28.0 6K. Breiten's time sits as the ninth fastest 6K in program history.

Jordyn Capra blazed a new personal best 6K time, earning 71st place with a 21:58.0 pace. Paityn Howat (22:58.0), Erica Wollmering (22:25.2) and Mercedes Robinson (23:04.1) rounded out the Bears competing in the Red Race.  

In the Women's Open Race, Edna Dar paced the Bears. Dar recorded a 22:55.8 time, finishing in 15^th place in the event, followed by Jasmine Crawford who finished in 16^th place with a 22:57.0 time.

Renae Buschling (23:21.8), Kayla Fallis (23:29.7), Madeline Saville (23:39.1), Shelby Palmer (23:41.1) and Lindsey Biesemeyer (23:44.8) all finished in the top-50 for the Bears.

Missouri State will be back in action on Oct. 27, as they travel back to Peoria, Ill. for the Missouri Valley Conference Championship.
