STILLWATER, Okla. – Missouri State cross country wrapped up its 2025 season on Friday morning at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship, placing 20th in a deep 32-team field that featured several of the nation's top programs. Racing in a field of 229 runners, the Bears battled through one of the strongest regional lineups in the country to cap a historic season.

Junior
Ella Cronhardt guided the Bears through the regional field, placing 72nd in 21:59.60 as Missouri State's top scorer. Senior
Madilyn Moore backed up the effort with an 81st-place finish in 22:07.30, reinforcing the Bears' presence in the pack.

Freshman
Elsa Henry continued her standout first-year campaign, crossing 101st in 22:25.40, while fellow freshman
Ella Rew delivered another strong performance, placing 121st in 22:39.20.

Junior
Tabitha Fox, coming off a top-15 finish at the Conference USA Championship, rounded out the Bears' scoring with a 134th-place finish in 22:47.50. Close behind, juniors
Emily Nuttall (135th, 22:48.90) and senior
Addysen Clark (145th, 22:57.60) closed out Missouri State's seven entries.

Missouri State finished 20th overall with 498 points, placing ahead of regional opponents such as Saint Louis, Drake, St. Thomas (Minn.), Kansas, South Dakota, DePaul, and Creighton.

Jordan Fife. "We wanted a little more in terms of team place but overall, the effort was there as it was all season. It's been a great year and the pieces are in place for an even bigger one next year."
The meet concludes Missouri State's 2025 cross country season, highlighted by a historic third-place finish at the program's first-ever Conference USA Championship and multiple all-time 6K performances. The Bears now turn their focus to their indoor track and field season.
