Bears Finalize Winter Camp Slate

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- Missouri State University head coach Keith Guttin announced the Bears' 2016-17 Winter Baseball Camp schedule Tuesday (Nov. 29), and the MSU coaching staff is now accepting applications for six different two-day clinics,  which will be held at the Bill Rowe Training Facility at Hammons Field.

Guttin and assistant coach Nate Thompson will serve as lead instructors for the Hitting Camps. The Pitching/Catching Camps focus on the fundamentals of pitching and catching, led by Bears' pitching coach Paul Evans, as well as several area high school coaches and current and former Missouri State professional players.

Pitching/Catching Camps
Session 1: Sat., Dec. 17 and Sun., Dec. 18
Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (both days)
Ages: Grades 5-8
