SPRINGFIELD - The Missouri State women's tennis team announced it will hold open tryouts for interested students beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 24, at the Perry Tennis Courts located on the corner of National Avenue and Bennett Street.

The tryout is open to all female, full-time undergraduate students at MSU. A series of drills will take place with the session expected to run until 8 a.m.

Participants need to bring their own shoes, rackets, water and any other equipment they find necessary. Players will be responsible for their own transportation and will also not be given excused absences from class to attend the tryout.
