SPRINGFIELD, Mo. - Inclement weather has once again impacted Missouri State's baseball schedule, as the Bears' Tuesday (March 10) evening contest with Arkansas State has been called off due to the likelihood of heavy rainfall in Jonesboro.

The Bears and Red Wolves were scheduled to open a two-game midweek series Tuesday evening at Tomlinson Stadium and will instead square off in a single game Wednesday (March 11) at 4 p.m. No makeup date for Tuesday's contest has been finalized.

With this week's schedule adjustment, MSU has now seen its last nine games affected by weather. The Bears will travel to Manhattan, Kan., this weekend for a three-game series with Kansas State (March 13-15) before coming home for their first home date of the season with UALR next Tuesday (March 17).
