Smith enjoyed a standout regular season and earned all-conference and Valley Newcomer of the Year honors. Drake's Olivia Lansing won medalist honors for the second time in three seasons after firing 72-75-72--219 to top runner-up Laura Harris of Illinois State, who had 72-73-77--222.
