Fall 2009: After missing nearly a year of competitive golf due to injury, jumped right into the Bears[apos] lineup, playing in all five tournaments...Finished the fall ranked fourth on the team and 12th in the Missouri Valley Conference with a 78.00 scoring average, which was second among freshmen...Best finish was a tie for ninth at the MSU/Payne Stewart Memorial, when she posted 73-78-78--229...Finished 15th in the fall finale at Florida International, shooting a career-low 72 in the opening round and then following with 74-76 for a 222 total, also a career best...Placed second for the Bears and 26th overall at the Johnie Imes Invitational at Missouri, carding 73-79-80--232...Ten of her 15 rounds were in the 70[apos]s.
2008-09:Redshirted due to injury.
Background:One of the top players in Texas as a senior and ranked 55th nationally in the AJGA/Polo Rankings...One of only 12 girls nationally selected to the AJGA/HP Scholastic Junior All-America Team for demonstrated excellence on the course and in the classroom and competed at the Polo Junior Classic...Posted three top-10 AJGA finishes in 2007, including sixth at the Bass Pro Shops/Payne Stewart Championship in Springfield...Won the Texas private school Class 6 state title for Southwest Christian as a senior...Notched three top-three finishes on the Texas Junior Golf Tour her senior year, including medalist honors at the Tanglewood Classic.
