SPRINGFIELD -- All kids 12 and under wearing their Halloween costume will receive free admission, and the basketball Bears will sign autographs and meet the fans after their exhibition opener at JQH Arena on Oct. 31 against Upper Iowa.

The Halloween Hoops event will begin at 1 p.m. when fans will get their first preview of the 2010-11 Bears as they take on the Peacocks of Upper Iowa University. After the game, players and coaches will meet the fans, sign autographs and give out candy. Free posters, schedule cards and team photos will also be distributed.

Upper-level tickets for adults are just $5. All tickets, including lower-level tickets are on sale now by calling (417) 836-7678 during regular office hours or on line at www.MissouriStateTix.com.
