KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Four Missouri State men's basketball players were recognized by the National Association of Basketball Coaches today (July 17) with the release of the 2024-25 NABC Honors Court.
Allen Udemadu,
Chase Martin,
Michael Osei-Bonsu and
Wesley Oba represented the Bears on a list of over 2,400 players across all college basketball levels and divisions who earned coveted spots on the NABC Honors Court.
To be recognized on the Honors Court, a student-athlete must be a junior or senior varsity player with a cumulative 3.20 grade-point overage of higher at the conclusion of the most-recent season. Students must also have completed one year at their current institution which must include at least one NABC member coach.
Udemadu (3.30, Psychology), Martin (3.80, Â Computer Science), Osei-Bonsu (3.41, Psychology) and Oba (3.33, Business Administration) met the participation and academic requirements for MoState. Oba and Udemadu both participated in spring 2025 commencement exercises at Missouri State. Â
The NABC Honors Court was created to recognize the off-court talents of some of the nation's top basketball players who exhibit excellence in the classroom.Â
