Missouri State seniors Lance Parker and Andy Cooper were named to the Missouri Valley Conference Men’s Soccer All-Conference second-team in a vote of MVC coaches. Sophomore Kyle Windmueller was an honorable mention selection.

Parker concluded an outstanding career in the net as the Bears’ goalkeeper with his second consecutive second-team selection. He was named the league’s defensive player of the week on October 1 and then tabbed as the MVC Male Scholar-Athlete of the Week, October 4th. Parker was recently named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District VII first team, for also the second consecutive year.

A mainstay of the Missouri State defense throughout his career from his defender position, Cooper was one of only two returners to have started every match last season for the Bears. Cooper earned All-MVC honorable mention a year ago.

Windmueller was most recently named the Brine/MVC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, November 11. The sophomore midfielder led the Bears in points this season, with 16 on five goals and six assists
