Sierra Decker came to Missouri State August 2024 as an athletic training intern, working with the MSU football and beach volleyball programs.
A native of Midlothian,Texas, Decker earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M in 2022 and went on to receive a master's in athletic training from A&M in 2024. During her graduate studies, Decker completed clinical rotations with Bryan High School, Texas A&M Track & Field, Oklahoma State University Football, Texas A&M Women’s Soccer, and the Texas A&M Corps of Cadets.
