Biography
Background: Burditt concluded her high school career on a high note with an individual championship at the 3A Missouri State Cross Country Championship in 2010...As captain of the Hannibal High cross country squad her senior year, she recorded a personal best in the 5K (18:53) in addition to finishing as the district and conference champion...During her senior campaign in track & field, Burditt claimed the state championship in the 3,200-meter run and placed eighth in the 1,600-meter...She received all-state, all-conference and all-district accolades in the 3,200, 1,600 and 4x800 events...Burditt was a key component in the 4x800 relay that broke the school record in 2010...The Hannibal, Mo., native was an all-state cross country honoree all four years of high school.
