2020-21 Season (Sophomore)
Went 2-9 in singles play while competing in the No. 3 and 4 positions… Recorded wins against Valparaiso (6-4, 7-6) on April 10 and UT Dallas (6-4, 6-1) on March 19.
2019-20 Season (Freshman)
Combined for an even 7-7 record in singles play, earning four victories in the spring…Posted first career victory as a Bear in the No. 4 spot versus Murray State (Feb. 7)…Followed it up with a 6-2, 6-1 win to conclude home-opening weekend versus South Dakota (Feb. 9)…Won two singles matches at UCA Fall Invitational…Made appearance at the MVC Individual Championships.
Background
The No. 1 recruit of 2019 out of Arkansas, Shaw was selected for the 2018 Southern Cup and won as a walk-on at the Independence Bout Southern Level 2. An all-state and all-conference selection, Shaw, who attended Little Rock Christian Academy for three years, led the Warriors to three conference championships. In her junior campaign, Shaw finished runner-up at state.
