Biography
At Missouri State: Jeslynne McGrath will give the Bears an experienced option at midfield this season.
2010: McGrath subbed into four matches for the Bears in her junior season. She recorded her first career shot in the match at Kansas (9/19).
2009: McGrath earned her first letter while playing in two matches in a reserve role.
2008: McGrath came off the bench to play in six matches in 2008.
Background: McGrath competed for Clear Lake High School and for the Ankeny Soccer Club. Her club team was selected to attend several college showcase tournaments and finished at the top of the Mid-West Regional League. She was voted team captain for two consecutive years, was an honorable mention all-state pick as a senior, as well as a three-time all-conference selection. McGrath was selected to the ODP State Team three consecutive years.
Personal: McGrath is the daughter of Steve and Tricia McGrath and was born January 4, 1990. She is majoring in special education.
