2023-24 Season (Freshman)
Appeared in eight meets…Placed 16th in 3-meter diving (211.70) and 23rd in 1-meter diving (192.50) at the MVC Championships (Feb. 21-24)...Placed 20th in 3-meter diving (196.85) and 24th in 1-meter (165.05) at the Purdue Invitational (Nov. 16-18)...Set career-best scores in 1-meter (206.47) and 3-meter dive (223.20) against Drury (Jan. 20). 

Background
As a sophomore, Affeldt was a USA Diving Zone Qualifier in the 16-18-year-old girl's age group (1 meter), qualifying again in 2023...For her high school squad, she was named first-team all-conference and co-MVP four years in a row, top 16 in the state two years in a row and was a state finalist in the Minnesota High School Diving Championship as a junior and senior...Throughout Affeldt's high school career, she broke six total records.
