Appeared in 19 total games, drawing two starts in the circle…Tossed 12.2 innings and collected eight strikeouts as a true freshman…Logged 5.1 relief innings against California Baptist, allowing one earned run on just four hits, while striking out a season and career-high four batters (February 12)…Drove in her first career run with a sacrifice fly versus Valparaiso (March 26)…Recorded her first collegiate hit at Loyola after entering the game as a pinch hitter (April 23)…NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete…Named to the MSU Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022.

High School
A four-year starter at Oologah (Okla.) High, Chacòn put together an impressive high school resume that included three district championships and two state tournament appearances … Two-time all-district Player of the Year (2019 and 2020) … 2018 all-district Pitcher of the Year … Earned all-state honors as a senior … Hit .385 with 7 home runs and recorded 172 strikeouts as a senior … As a junior, Chacòn hit .432 with 11 home runs and 37 RBI as the Mustangs advanced to the state semifinals.
