Spring 2021: Appeared in all 14 games and drew one start during the spring 2021 season… Scored the game-winning goal at Drake (March 4)… Named MVC Offensive Player of the Week on March 9 for his performance against the Bulldogs… Earned the start and played the full-90 at Central Arkansas (April 3).

2019: Made 20 appearances with nine starts for the Bears… Totaled 1137 minutes while playing primarily on the MSU backline… Recorded his first points as a Bear with an assist against Valpo (Sept. 18)… Chipped in an assist on the game-winning goal against Evansville (Oct. 26)… Scored his first career goal, which proved to be the game-winner, against Loyola (Nov. 3).

2018: Played in 13 games, starting in one for the Bears…  Recorded seven shots with three on goal… Had a season high three shots at UMKC (8/24) in the season opener.

Background: Lee joins the Bears this spring after, playing three years at Belton High School before moving to Sporting Kansas City Academy his senior year. Belton earned conference championships all three seasons Lee played. During his junior season at Belton Lee earned region and conference Offensive Player of the Year and conference overall player of the year for his efforts on the field.

Personal: Dawson Lee was born December 17, 1999 in Kansas City, Missouri… Son of Justin and Sheila Lee… Two sisters named Heather and Carrier... Communications Studies major at Missouri State.
