Earned Class 6 all-state first-team and All-Ozark Conference first-team laurels in 2020-21 while helping lead the Chiefs to a 28-2 overall record and Missouri Class 6 (largest class) state title ... Finished his prep career with 3,141 points, which ranks No. 4 all-time in Missouri high school boy's basketball ... Played his freshman through junior seasons at Dora (Mo.) High for coach Rick Luna where he helped the Falcons to an 86-10 combined ledger ... Was named Missouri's Class 1 Player of the Year his sophomore and junior seasons ... As a junior in 2019-20, he helped lead Dora to a Class 1 state title and 32-2 overall record after averaging 31.0 points, 4.7 rebounds and 2.5 assists ...
