2025-26: averaged 16.8 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.6 assists while shooting 51.3 percent from the field and 75.9 percent from the line as a freshman at Jones (Miss.) Community College. Helped coach Newton Mealer's Bobcats at Jones College finish 24-10 and advance to the NJCAA national tournament in Hutchinson, Kan.

Prepped for coach Ben Gardner at Madison (Miss.) Central High where he averaged 16.2 points, 8.3 assists, 5.2 rebounds and 1.7 steals per game as a senior (2024-25) for the 7A program. In his final high school campaign, Rowe led the Jaguars to a 23-12 record and state runner-up finish while earning first-team all-state and Clarion Ledger Dandy Dozen accolades. During his junior season, he averaged 16.8 points, 6.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 2.7 steals to guide Madison Central to a 22-12 record and state quarterfinal finish. He was also a Jackson All-Metro second-team selection as a junior. In his sophomore season, he logged 14.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 1.1 steals for an 18-14 club.
