A highly-touted ball handler and passer, Devon Thomas comes to Springfield with aspirations of making an immediate impact on the MSU game plan.
High School: Helped Coach Mike Olson[apos]s Kimball Union Academy (Meriden, N.H) to a 19-8 overall record and 11-4 mark to finish third in the NEPSAC AA ... Ranked as top point guard in New England as a senior while earning All-NEPSAC distinction ... Served as team captain his senior season and averaged 14.1 points, 3.2 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game in 2012-13 ... Put together a 4:1 assist-to-turnover ratio and scored 22 points in the 2013 NEPSAC AA quarterfinals for the Wildcats ... Averaged 11.1 points, 5.0 rebounds and 7.2 assists his junior year and earned All-New England honorable mention honors while recording KUA[apos]s first-ever triple double (2/4/12) ...
