Lindenwood: Redshirted as a wide receiver at Lindenwood University in St. Louis as a true freshman in 2015 as part of a 3-8 squad under coach Patt Ross.

High School: Earned Suburban West Conference offensive player of the year honors in 2014 as a standout QB at Eureka (Mo.) High School … Helped coach Ferrell Shelton’s squad to a 9-2 record and conference title his senior season after throwing for 1,285 passing yards and 13 touchdowns, and rushed for 785 yards and 11 touchdowns ... Also broke school record for total yards in a career (5,182) and passed for four touchdowns in a game in 2014 … Earned all-conference, all-district and St. Louis Rams Elie 25 honors as a senior … In his junior season, he led the Wildcats to an 11-2 state semifinal campaign, threw for 343 passing yards and 8 touchdowns, rushed for 774 yards and 11 touchdowns, and had 400 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns ...
