High School: Earned second-team all-state honors at running back his senior year at Excelsior Springs (Mo.) High School ... Was all-district and all-conference in 2013 at both defensive back and running back for Coach Josh Buford’s Tigers ... Had 44 receptions as a senior while accounting for 10 receptions and 6 touchdowns in a single game ... As a junior, he was third-team all-state and first-team all-district as an athlete and all-conference as a punter, kicker and receiver ...
