Ivan Quackenbush joined the Bears as Director of Baseball Operations in January 2023.
A Springfield Kickapoo graduate who originally hails from England, Quackenbush played collegiately at St. Louis Community College and Ottawa University Arizona and graduated from Ottawa with a business administration degree in 2021.
The catcher was on the British U23 National Team for the 2019 and 2021 European championships, and played in the Honkbal Hoofdklasse in 2022, the Netherlands’ highest professional baseball league.
Quackenbush got his start in coaching at Maryville University in 2022.
