Made 14 appearances out of the bullpen, going 1-0 with a 5.59 ERA and one save...Struck out 14 batters in 9.2 innings and limited opponents to a .225 batting average...Threw nine scoreless outings and allowed more than one earned run just once...Picked up the save against Saint Louis (March 4) in first appearance of the season...Earned the winning decision at Illinois State (May 2)...Season high of three strikeouts came against Bradley (March 22) and Evansville (April 25)...Did not allow a hit in final four appearances of the season, beginning April 27.

2024 (Junior)
Pitched in 24 games in relief for the Bears...Struck out 24 batters in 24.1 innings and had a 1-1 record with the winning decision against Southern Illinois on May 16...Had season-bests of 3.1 innings and four strikeouts at Bradley (April 6)...Struck out the side in a 1-2-3 inning versus Kansas State (April 3)...Fired 2.1 shutout innings against Murray State (May 3)...Ended the season with a 7.40 ERA.

Background
Played two seasons at Jefferson College after a standout career at nearby Willard High...At JeffCo, went 4-1 with 34 strikeouts in 35.1 innings as a freshman in 2022 and 1-1 with a 3.98 ERA and 44 strikeouts in 31.2 innings in 2023...First-team all-state pick as a senior, striking out 96 in 72 innings on the mound for the Class 5 state champions...Finalist for the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame’s Baseball Athlete of the Year award in 2021.
