- WR Jmariyae Robinson (5th, Cocoa, Fla.) has caught a pass in a school-record 36 consecutive games, dating back to Sept. 1, 2023. With 16 career TD receptions, he needs 2 more touchdowns to match the squad's career record (18), held by Steve Newbold (1977-80) and Jeff Hewitt (1998-00). Robinson also ranks No. 7 on Mo State's career receptions list (132) and is No. 10 in career receiving yards (1,736).
- In his Missouri State debut last week, CB Joel Boamah (Sr., Newark, N.J.) proved to be a standout defender, logging 5 solo tackles, a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and 3 pass breakups at Texas A&M. - Fifth-year QB Skyler Locklear (Clayton, N.C.) is closing in on 4,000 career yards of total offense. The UTEP transfer has racked up 3,736 yards in 24 career games and has accounted for 34 TDs in that span.Â

- Despite surrendering 505 yards at Texas A&M in the season opener, the Missouri State defense gave up just one play of 20 yards or more, tying the Bears for No. 10 nationally in fewest explosive plays allowed.
- Punter Stewart McDonald (Jr., Rogersville, Mo.) averaged 40.71 yards on 7 punt attempts in the opener at Texas A&M, which ranks him 46th nationally and 3rd in Conference USA.
- OT King Large (So., Bellflower, Calif.) was named by PFF as the best pass-blocking OT in Conference USA for Week 1. Large had a 84.7% grade at Texas A&M.
