Bears Announce 2026 Volleyball Schedule

SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State's 2026 volleyball schedule features 11 home matches at Hammons Student Center and 28 overall, including a 16-match league slate for the Bears' second Conference USA season.
 
The Bears play several former Missouri Valley Conference rivals in 2026, beginning the season in Wichita to face Idaho State, Stephen F. Austin and Wichita State from Aug. 28-30.
 
Mo State hosts the annual Dr. Mary Jo Wynn Invitational Sept. 3-5, taking on Little Rock, Northwestern State and former Valley foe Indiana State.
 
The non-conference slate concludes with a pair of road tournaments, with the Bears taking on Incarnate Word, Southern Illinois and Iowa in Iowa City from Sept. 10-12, then facing in-state rivals Kansas City, SEMO and Saint Louis at the Missouri Challenge hosted by Kansas City from Sept. 17-19.
 
The CUSA schedule includes eight weekends of play, with Mo State hosting Florida International (Sept. 25-26), Sam Houston (Oct. 9-10), Middle Tennessee (Oct. 30-31) and Jacksonville State (Nov. 13-14), with trips to Western Kentucky (Oct. 2-3), Kennesaw State (Oct. 16-17), Delaware (Oct. 23-24) and New Mexico State (Nov. 6-7). WKU hosts the CUSA Tournament from Nov. 20-22 in Bowling Green.
 
Missouri State finished the 2025 season strong with a semifinal appearance in the CUSA Tournament thanks to a sweep of top-seeded UTEP in the opening round. The Miners entered that match ranked 15th in the NCAA RPI.
 
Mo State also plays a pair of exhibition contests, hosting Kansas State on Aug. 13 and visiting Central Arkansas on Aug 22.
