Women's Golf Set to Host at Ozarks National

March 21, 2026

The Missouri State women's golf team is set to welcome 13 other teams to the Ozarks National Invitational, Monday through Wednesday (Mar. 23-25) at Ozarks National Golf Course in Hollister, Mo. The tournament is scheduled for 10 a.m. shotgun starts Monday and Tuesday, and 9 a.m. Wednesday.

The field includes teams from as far away as Florida, Massachusetts and Texas, along with defending champion South Dakota State and Conference USA rival UTEP.

The acclaimed Ozarks National layout, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, will play at 6,100 yards and par 72 for the tournament. It was ranked no. 46 on Golf Digest's Best Public Courses in America for 2025-26 along with ranking no. 155 on the same publication's Top 200 Courses list. Golf Digest also named it the Best New Course in the country in 2019.

For the Bears, the event will mark their fourth outing of the spring. They opened in February with back-to-back third-place finishes at the Great River Cup and Rio Verde Invitational before settling for eighth place at last week's Magnolia Collegiate. MoState managed just an eighth-place finish at this same tournament a year ago.

Senior Kiser Pannier is the reigning CUSA Golfer of the week after finishing eighth last week and will sit atop the Bears lineup this week. She'll be followed by freshman Chloe Bolte, juniors Coyee Zhang and Kyleigh Pfitzner, and sophomore Marlee Edgeman. Junior Tierney Baumstark, and sophomores Rylie Andrews and Siena Minor will round out the Bears in action.
