The Hilltoppers have opened the 2026 season with 4 of 5 games on the road, while the Bears will kick off conference play away from home for just the third time in the last 7 seasons.
- LB Jared "Bird" Lloyd (5th yr, Daytona Beach, Fla.) remains Conference USA's top tackler (11.3 per game) after posting 13 total stops in each of the past two games.
