- Missouri State women's tennis will head to Missouri and Southern Illinois at Edwardsville this weekend for two matches in two days.
- The Bears and Tigers have not met since Jan. 31, 2020, when Missouri won 4-0 in Columbia. The Tigers lead MoState 7-5 all-time.
- Missouri State and SIUE are tied at 3-3 in the series. Last season, the Bears and Cougars battled it out in Edwardsville. MoState lost, 4-3, with three wins in singles.
- Head coach Austin Hale led the team to the first team win of the season against Central Arkansas on Sunday, Feb. 9. The Bears swept doubles and won 6-1.
- Billur Gonlusen and Raluca Puscas are both on four-match winning streaks for the month of February. Puscas swept her first opponent on Feb. 7 when she defeated Kansas City's Annalise Smith, 6-0, 6-0.
- The Bears are in the midst of a busy month. In February, Missouri State will play nine matches with five more on the road.
