Storm Opdahl Wins MVC Men’s Diver Of The Week!

MVC Swimming & Diving Weekly Honors (Oct. 8)
ST. LOUIS - Senior Storm Opdahl has received the Missouri Valley Conference Men's Diver of the Week award on Wednesday. This comes after dominating on the diving board in Missouri State men's swimming & diving season-opening 275-171 win at home against SIU over the weekend. The award is the first of Opdahl's career and the first weekly conference honor for a MoState diver since March 2021.On day one, in the one-meter diving competition, Opdahl won convincingly with a score of 303.15.
On day two, in the three-meter dive, Opdahl once again was victorious with 310.88 points.
Missouri State men's swimming & diving will host Ouachita Baptist and the women's team will host Indiana State on Friday, Oct. 17 at 5:00 p.m. at Hammons Student Center Pool.
