- The Missouri State women's tennis team will close out the month of January on the road at South Dakota (0-1) and Creighton (0-0) on Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Thursday's match will be livestreamed, and live stats will be available for both matches.
- South Dakota leads the series 2-1 all-time. Last season, the Coyotes bested the Bears 4-3 in a neutral site match at Iowa State.
- MoState did not have the opportunity to face Creighton in the spring of 2024. The match was canceled and not rescheduled. Missouri State leads the Bluejays 19-9 all-time. The last time the two teams met was in 2022 when Creighton came away with a 4-0 win.
- The Bears opened the dual season with a loss at Arkansas State. The Red Wolves won 6-1 with the Bears only point coming from Nicole Ross' win at No. 3 singles. Ross defeated ASU's Sarah Millard, 0-6, 7-6 (8), 6-3.
- Sandra Lukacova and Raluca Puscas pulled off a win at No. 3 doubles with a 6-4 victory against Arkansas State's Loles Carbo Chova and Millard.
- Romy Pols made her collegiate debut against the Red Wolves' Ariadna Fernandez in the No. 6 spot. Pols' ultimately lost her debut match, but forced it to go to a third set for a final score of 6-4, 4-6, 10-5.
