SPRINGFIELD - The Missouri State men's soccer team (12-3-2) will be hosting a public watch party for the NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament Selection Show on Monday, November 18 in the Prime Overtime Club inside Great Southern Bank Arena.
Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. before the show begins at noon.
The selection show will announce the 48-team NCAA Tournament field and determine first-round matchups and seeding. The top 16-seeded teams will go straight to the second round where they will host a winner from the first round.
Missouri State is one of nine teams looking to make its sixth straight NCAA Tournament appearance (Clemson, Georgetown, Indiana, Kentucky, Marshall, New Hampshire, Pittsburgh, Wake Forest).
Last season, the Bears were selected as an at-large bid to host Summit League Tournament Champion Omaha in the first round. The Bears defeated the Mavericks, 1-0, before taking on Stanford in the second round on the road.
