SPRINGFIELD – Missouri State's softball doubleheader at Southern Illinois, which will kick off the Bears' 2019 Missouri Valley Conference slate, has been moved up to Tuesday, March 12, starting at Noon.
 
The twin bill was originally scheduled for Wednesday but was moved a day earlier because of anticipated inclement weather.
 
Both games will remain on the ESPN+ broadcast schedule, according to SIU Athletics.
 
The Bears (13-7) are also scheduled to play Southeast Missouri State on Thursday as part of the three-game road swing.
