  • Six different Bears have found the net multiple times in 2019, combining for 17 of MSU's 20 total goals.
  • Ashley Coonfield rounded out the Bears' offense, providing an insurance goal off a long ball to pad MSU's 2-1 win at home against UNI.
  • MSU's 3-2-1 MVC mark (9-4-2 overall) guaranteed the Bears a home game in the opening round of the Missouri Valley Conference women's soccer championship on Sunday, Nov. 3 at 4 p.m. Their opponent will be determined Thursday evening.
  • The Bears have been hot on their home field, producing a 5-2-1 record at Betty & Bobby Allison South Stadium.

  • The Sycamores seek their second Valley win heading into the midweek contest, riding a four-loss streak dating back to Oct. 12.
  • Indiana State's lone MVC victory came at home against Valparaiso, where both squads traded goals but it was the Sycamores that walked away with the 3-2 league win off a 76th minute goal from freshman Serra Hanrahan for their first MVC win since 2017.
  • Celeste Wahlberg leads the Sycamores in multiple statistical categories including goals (4), assists (3), points (11), shots-on-goal (27), and game-winning goals (1).
  • Evansville and Indiana State battled to a scoreless draw to open league play on Sept. 28, as both clubs racked up seven saves apiece.
  • Heading into the regular-season finale, the Sycamores occupy sixth-place in the Valley standings with four points. Evansville, Indiana State, UNI, and Valparaiso battle it out for the remaining two postseason spots on Thursday.
