SPRINGFIELD -- The Missouri State volleyball team will be action twice this weekend at Hammons Student Center, holding the annual Maroon and White Scrimmage on Friday and the Alumni Match on Saturday. First serve for both events, which are free and open to the public, is 7 p.m.

The Bears, picked to win the Missouri Valley Conference in 2017 after winning the league last season, will have an intrasquad scrimmage Friday before taking on a distinguished group of MSU volleyball alumni on Saturday evening.

Roster spots are still available for the alumni team. Alumni should contact Karen Rivatto (KarenRivatto@MissouriState.edu) if interested in either playing or participating in the evening's activities.

The MSU alumni team, which will be coached by MVC all-time wins leader Linda Dollar, currently includes:
